    The Blue Orange Office Solutions Ergo range of seating is manufactured in the UK, the manufacturer has gained accreditation in ISO 14001, the recognised standard for environmental management systems and regularly monitor and review their performance to ensure that they manufacture in the most responsible manner. The manufacturer has also received accreditation through the UK Furniture Industry Sustainability Programme (FISP). The FISP audits all aspects from purchasing and procurement through to the end of product life and including social, ethical and employment concerns as well as waste, energy and emissions.

    They ensure that all their adhesives are water based and bio-degradable and that the timber raw material used in the seating products is only sourced from countries that operate statutory re-forestation programmes. The steps they take to remain at the forefront of environmentally friendly manufacturing provide customers with an assured, ethical source of supply are described in further detail in their environmental policy.

    SEATING RE-UPHOLSTERY

    As part of our environmental charter, Blue Orange OSL can offer customers the option of having old chairs professionally refurbished or disposed of in a sustainable and environmentally friendly manner.

    RECYCLING OF OLD SEATING

    Our partnership with Clear & Recycle allows us to proactively help customers to ensure that their old chairs are reused or recycled.


  • Ergonomic Seating

    Back problems account for more sick days in the UK than any other ailment and as such the office chair is the single most important element of the workstation package. Our range of ergonomic seating portfolio encompasses the basic requirements right up to specialist seating using manufacturers who are at the forefront of ergonomic seating design.

    Ergonomic seating does not have to be expensive, our entry level ergonomic seating starts from around £100.00 + VAT

    The Back Care and Ergonomic collection has been developed in response to the increasing demand for seating that has additional levels of comfort and support. All the products in this range have been assessed and endorsed by a fully qualified Physiotherapist.

    Maximising user comfort the collection includes our Physio and Sphere ranges which come with a 5 year warranty for 24/7 use and a 10 year warranty for normal use. Our Re-act Deluxe and Re-act chairs are supplied with 2 and 5 year warranties for 24/7 and normal use respectively.

    The Back Care and Ergonomic collection is offered with a choice of mechanisms, ratchet back, arm height adjustments, tension control, seat slide, head rests, inflatable seat and back lumbar support and are all designed to provide maximum user comfort. High quality sculptured foam seats and backs that wrap around the body and actively encourage users to adopt a correct seating posture are also


  • Space Planning

    Our qualified surveying personnel and designers can create your perfect office layout using the latest software to produce CAD drawings in 2D or 3D where required.

    Years of experience are engaged to produce accurate drawings, site surveys are undertaken where existing building drawings may be out of date.

    Space plans are produced in soft and hard copies.


  • Installation

    As part of our furniture service we offer a full installation service, our professional teams will deliver and install your order from a single workstation to a complete department project.

    The teams ensure that the furniture is correctly assembled, levelled and in the correct position whether this is working to a space plan or verbally when arriving on site.

    All packaging is removed from site and disposed off in certificated waste management centres.

    Projects often require installation outside of normal working hours of Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, this can be arranged to fit in with any build program or timescales you may have.

    CASE STUDY

    Many furniture installation projects involve relocation or removal of existing furniture, the case study below involved the de-commissioning of a stone and glass reception counter together with refurbishment of the reception area which included carpeting the existing slippery marble floor, re-cabling electrics, new lighting, decoration and a new reception counter and seating.
